Employers for Carers hosted a collaborative and insightful webinar focused on Supporting Carers in Operational and Frontline Roles. It was a valuable session filled with honest reflections, practical examples and shared learning from large, complex organisations.  

The session, chaired by Helen Walker, Chief Executive of Carers UK, brought together three speakers from member organisations, each offering both organisational context and lived experience of supporting carers in operational environments.

The session concluded with a Q&A discussion focussing on what flexible working means for operational roles, what advice would be given to employers starting their journey supporting carers and the use of carer advocates/champions.
