Jointly is Carers Wales mobile and on-line app designed to help carers share and co-ordinate care.  Jointly works by enabling carers to set up a ‘circle of care’ around the person they care for.  Carers can then invite others involved in providing that care – family, friends, neighbours and professionals – so everyone is kept in the loop.

Jointly is available in English and Welsh and carers can purchase the app directly.   However, forward thinking employers are subscribing, to Jointly so that they can offer the app entirely free of charge to carers in their workforce or locality as part of their Wellbeing offer.
