State of Caring 2017 report released

Tuesday, 11 July 2017

Carers UK carries out an annual survey of carers to collect evidence on a whole range of issues affecting carers' lives.

This year over 7,000 people shared their views and experiences on what life is like for carers in 2017.

The report gives an overview of the impact on a number of aspects of carers’ lives including:

  • Their own health
  • How they are coping financially
  • Whether they are able to stay in work
  • The kind of practical support they receive from health and care services

The full report can be found in the Resources section of our website here, along with last year's report.
