Are you a Top Employer for Working Families?  Working Families’ 8th UK-wide awards for family friendly and flexible employers open today. 

Showcase and celebrate your achievements by entering your flexible working and work life initiatives for the annual Top Employers for Working Families Special Awards. Winning a Special Award recognises best practice, innovation and sustainability as well as marking out winners as leaders in the field.  Entry is free and you can enter as many categories as you wish.

Register now to receive the free entry pack for all categories. Each award entry comprises two parts: some background questions to supplement your entry; and the narrative entry section, where you can tell us in your own words what makes your organisation stand out from others.  Complete your entry by 3rd April.

Who won an Award in 2016? 
The winners and commended entries were from both large and small organisations and from the public and private sectors.  They were: Barclays, Cisco, Citi, Civil Service, Deloitte, EY, Ministry of Justice, Pinsent Masons, RAF, Sacker & Partners and West Dunbartonshire Council.  Enter the awards for your opportunity to join the list of 2017 award winners. 

The Judging Panel

The Special Award entries are judged anonymously by our panel. None of the judges knows the identity of the entrants.
The Special Awards Event and Media Coverage

All Special Award finalists will be invited to the celebratory awards ceremony at London's Vintners' Hall on the afternoon of 6th July.  We hope you will be joining us as our guest there.
