About our events
Employers for Carers hosts regular complimentary Networking Events for member organisations. The purpose of these events is to provide employers with the opportunity to:
- Network with other employers
- Share good practice on practical issues
- Discuss any ongoing challenges and opportunities in a relaxed and informal setting
- Receive timely updates on topical issues
What future events are planned?
Future events in preparation also include the following topics:
- Members Carers Week event - Thursday 21 June, BT Centre, London, more details to follow.
- HR Business Partners event.
- Promoting carers' health and well being (stress and ill health at work often have roots in issues outside the workplace).
- Developing and quantifying the business case for supporting carers in the workplace.
- Sector specific events.
Practical tips arising from the discussions at these events are made available to Employers for Carers members on the members' section of this website.
